Our services are provided on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Not share your account with others or allow multiple users on a single account

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Platform

The n3uralia platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by n3uralia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n3uralia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
We may terminate with 30 days notice if we discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where n3uralia operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
